We’re committed to making our summer camps accessible to all families and individuals, regardless of financial circumstances. Here you’ll find information about our various discounts and camperships, as well as two-tiered pricing to accommodate different budgets. We encourage you to explore your options and see how we can help make your camp experience a reality.
Youth Summer Camp Discounts
Discounts apply to full weeks of camp, which consist of 5 or more days.
Discount Code: TIER2
Donations from individuals, congregations, and synods are available to subsidize the cost of summer camp as needed. When campers cannot afford the full camp fee, we still want all to participate in a camp program. This discount is stackable with the other discounts.
Discount Code: LOYAL25
Register for any summer youth program before August 31st and receive a $50 discount off a full week of camp. You need to pay a $100 deposit by August 31 and pay in full by January 31. This discount is stackable with the Tier 2 discount.
Discount Code: NEW25
Campers who are new to HopeWood Pines summer youth camps may receive a $100 discount. This discount is stackable with the Tier 2 discount.
Discount Code: RECRUIT25
Campers who previously attended summer youth camp at LMC at HopeWood Pines receive a $50 discount if they refer a friend. The friend may not have attended summer youth camp at LMC at HopeWood Pines in the past. This discount is stackable with the Tier 2 discount.
No code needed. Register by March 31.
You will receive a free t-shirt if you register, pay in full, and indicate your shirt size on your registration form by March 31.
Camp Luther Family Camp Discounts
Discounts apply to full weeks of camp, which consist of 5 or more days.
Discount code: TIER2

Discount code: NEW25
There is a $100 per person discount for families who are new to HopeWood Shores summer camps. This discount is stackable with the Tier 2 and RV discounts.
Discount code: RECRUIT25
$100 discount for your family. This discount is for families who have camped with us in the past and are recruiting a family who has not previously participated in any HopeWood family summer camp. Please list the name of the family you have recruited. This discount is stackable with the Tier 2 and RV discounts.
Discount code: RV25
Campers will receive a $200 discount off the total family registration fee or cabin max when they bring their own tent or RV. This discount it stackable with the Tier 2, First Time Family, or Family Recruitment discounts.

All participants need to stay in one cabin up to the safe bed occupancy. First Time Family Discount and Family Recruitment Discount do not apply if the cabin maximum is used.
Campership/Financial Assistance
HopeWood Outdoors believes that everyone should have a camp story. Through the generosity of our donors, we can provide a limited number of camperships to people in financial need.
- Camperships available based on U.S. poverty guidelines
- Each person is eligible for one summer campership and one sponsored retreat campership
- Ohio residency is required to receive a youth campership
- Maximum camperships are 80%
- Families are asked to pay at least 20% of camp fee
- Financial deposits are required for camp registration
Please begin by asking your church or social service agency if funds are available to defray your cost of camp. Many times, these organizations can assist.
