Individual, Youth, & Family Retreats Registration

  • Retreat registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of camper hospitalization or the death of a family member.
  • People who need to cancel for health reasons and do not let the HopeWood Guest Relations Coordinator know in advance that they will not be attending the retreat will be responsible for the full retreat fee.

Congregational Registration for Summer Camps or Retreats

Using online registration for a church group can greatly simplify the registration process and reduce administrative work for the church leaders by allowing individual members to register and pay directly and by providing a streamlined system for tracking registration and payments.

If your congregation plans to help off-set the price of camp, HopeWood Outdoors can create a custom congregation code that will allow families to register online and receive the benefit of your subsidy. Please contact our Guest Relations Coordinator to set up the code at (419) 864-8030 or guestrelations@hopewoodoutdoors.org.

We recommend that congregations use online registration, but paper registration forms are available for congregations who choose it. Please reach out to our Guest Relations Coordinator to request paper registration forms.
